I am American... people who use foul language in an argument have just that much less morals and class... Americans are poorly educated and have demoralized for a long time now, they believe everything the government tells them.....................
However it appears he might have worms, they have been known to fall into the scrotal sack. Sadly I think his condition is incurable, only because it's already to late... you see his blood vessels are highly dependent on his heart... If they remove the testicles and scrotum .... he has a high chance and wide ranges of heart failures.... in some cases important organs can be pushed or dragged into the scrotum, thus making it nearly impossible to risk removing them.
On behalf of the American society please take my forgiveness for their rudeness and unsympathetic thoughts, not everyone is like this, Americans don't even realize America has been at war for 50 years now and the news is paid to not report it... that's why 9 11 happened .... Just an example... you see Americans don't realize how poorly educated they are. Have a nice ine :)
